Founded by successful musician, drummer and music publisher Jonny Quinn (founding member of Snow Patrol), Deià Writers’ Camps seeks to unite likeminded creative people and support the development of their careers by giving them the freedom to explore their talent and learn from established artists.

Creative Writers’ Camp – 18th-23rd May 2025
Enhance your writing journey with a five-day writer’s camp in beautiful Deià. Designed by industry insiders who have helped numerous successful writers find their way, this course is aimed at writers in the early stages of their career.
The Deià Writers’ Camp is designed to transform your writing practice, by unlocking your creative potential, and by developing the skills to find your unique voice, as well as offering advice to demystify the publishing process
Hosted by Kate and Sarah Beal* publishers and editors at Muswell Press** and joined by published author, former head of development with the Irish Film Board and Lecturer in Creative Writing Andrew Meehan, this promises to be an enriching and rewarding experience.
This camp is designed to transform your writing practice by helping you find your style and explore your creative potential whilst also helping demystifying the publishing process.
Included in your package: transfers to & from Palma Airport; six overnight stays in our beautiful camp home; bespoke daily masterclass programme led by Kate & Sarah Beal and Andrew Meehan; meals & transport to any planned activities as part of programme; optional wellness activities.
